I didn't receive an order confirmation

Customers usually receive their order confirmation once the order has been placed. If you have not yet receive yours do not hesitate to contact us and we'll confirm your order.

How do I find the right cartridge for my computer?

We provide different choices of products  which you'll be able to check out under the model/cartridge part of our website.

You could also use the search bar in our website for the product you want.

What if the product I want is not in stock?

If the product you wish to obtain is out of of stock our customer service team will then inform you of this through phone.

If you already placed an order and the product you want isn't on stock, we'll give you the following options:

  • You can keep the product as a back up order
  • Have the product refunded
  • And, if available, you can have it upgraded to genuine

Do the products you sell come with a guarantee?
